Spend a delightful half day learning to prepare a complete menu based on the season's freshest ingredients. Small or private groups spend a relaxed and enjoyable half day learning to prepare favorite Capresi dishes. In addition to a complete menu to be enjoyed during the meal following the lesson, techniques for creating the basic "building blocks" of all Capresi dishes are presented. Participants learn to cook local specialties like "mamma" does while sampling house produced wine, cheese and much more!
