An intimate week during which guests participate in four enjoyable mornings of hands-on cooking lessons learning to prepare traditional Mediterranean and Capresi antipasti, primi, secondi and dolci based on the freshest local products available. The group dines together on the terrace among the vines after the day’s lesson, with the excellent house produced wine flowing, these are meals to remember! Afternoons alternate between relaxing on your own and enjoyable group activities such as tastings of locally produced wines and cheeses, walks to some of the island of Capri's most famous sites and other seasonal activities. Evenings are spent visiting the “insider’s Capri” – from small family trattorias to elegant restaurants, intimate grapperias to lively tavernas and everything in between. One entire day is spent in a leisurely boat tour of the island, stopping to swim and to explore the grottos and other landmarks that mark the island’s coastline. We finish with a fabulous lunch at a seaside restaurant followed by a lazy afternoon relaxing by the sea. Ample free time is provided for exploring, shopping and relaxing, and for those who like to be on the go, and additional guided excursion to Pompeii or Sorrento is offered. Our gala dinner at week’s end is held in Nerano, where we travel by water taxi to dine at an unforgettable Michelin starred restaurant.
